The GYS POWERDUCTION 160LG is the flagship induction heating solution for demanding industrial, automotive, and heavy equipment applications. Designed for continuous, high-output use, the 160LG’s liquid-cooling system ensures uninterrupted performance at maximum power. It provides precise, controlled heating for tasks like frame straightening (except HLE steel), removing seized bolts and cardan shafts, annealing and shrink-fitting parts, bending and brazing, or removing exhaust lines. Its ability to rapidly heat steel and aluminum to red-hot temperatures allows operators to work faster, safer, and with greater accuracy.
