At Innovative Solutions CRTE Corp., we want you to feel confident when shopping through our online store. If you are not fully satisfied, most items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start an Online Return

• Contact Us First: Email returns@InnovativeCRTE.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

General Online Return Conditions

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components, manuals, and accessories.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid online order confirmation or invoice is required.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built equipment, clearance or closeout products, and items showing signs of installation or damage are not eligible.

Consumable Products

Some products sold online are consumables (e.g., welding wire, coolant, adhesives, tips).

• Unopened Only: Consumables can only be returned if unused and in original packaging.
• Opened Items: Once opened or partially used, consumables cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and quality concerns.

Refunds & Processing Time

• Inspection: All returned items are inspected at our warehouse before a refund is issued.
• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 15 days of the product arriving at our warehouse.
• Refund Method:
  • Online credit card purchases are typically refunded to the same card.
  • Orders paid by check or cash will be refunded by company check.
  • We reserve the right to refund by check for any payment method, including credit card or cash orders.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to returns not due to an error on our part.
